NFL Week 3 Odds and Lines Indicate a Lot of Competitive Matchups

While the Week 2 slate of NFL games saw some lopsided odds and spreads, as we look ahead to the Week 3 lines, things project to be a little closer on average. As of Sunday night, unlike Week 2, Week 3 has no double-digits spreads, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

NFL Spreads Week 3

The largest spread listed on FanDuel Sportsbook currently for Week 3 is the Indianapolis Colts, who are 8.5-point favorites over the New York Jets, who struggled big time for the second straight week.

Both the Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Chargers are listed as 6.5-point favorites over the Washington Football Team and Carolina Panthers, respectively.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Philadelphia Eagles are both 6-point favorites as well, but after that, every game listed thus far has a line of 4.5 or less.

So while we have seen some blowouts already through two weeks of the 2020 NFL season, if these Week 3 spreads are any indication, then we should be getting some more competitive matchups across the board next weekend.
