With the 2019-20 NBA season on hold, FanDuel and the NBA are pairing up to give fans something to cheer about with a players-only NBA2K20 tournament. Not only is this going to be a ton of fun featuring some of the top players in basketball, but it's for a great cause. The grand prize for the tournament is $100,000 for the charity of the winner's choice.

Here's everything you need to know about the tournament.

When and what is the NBA2K Players Tournament?

The NBA2K Players Tournament features 16 NBA players competing in a bracket-style tournament where players compete against each other using NBA teams in 2K20. the first two rounds are single elimination and the semifinals and finals are best of 3. The tournament will run from Friday, April 3 to Saturday, April 11. Round 1 goes down on April 3 and 4, the quarterfinals will be held on April 7, and both the semifinals and finals will be held on April 11.

NBA 2K Players Tournament FanDuel Pick 'Em Contest

FanDuel will be running a pick 'em contest for every round of the tournament. There will be eight questions for users to answer for each round, with a prize of $5,000 being split among everyone who gets a perfect eight of eight correct. Whoever has the most correct answers at the end of the entire tournament will win a trip to the NBA All-Star Game.

Where Can I Watch the NBA2K Players Tournament?

The first night of Round 1 and the entire final day of the tournament will be broadcast on ESPN, while the second night of Round 2 and the quarterfinal round can be seen on ESPN2. The day after each round, NBA's social media platforms will be re-broadcasting the games in case you missed them or want to re-live the best moments.

The list of participants in the NBA2K Players Tournament includes Kevin Durant, Trae Young, Hassan Whiteside, Donovan Mitchell, Devin Booker, Andre Drummond, Zach LaVine, Montrezl Harrell, Domantas Sabonis, Deandre Ayton, DeMarcus Cousins, Michael Porter Jr., Rui Hachimura, Patrick Beverley, Harrison Barnes and Derrick Jones Jr.
