The 2021-22 NBA Season kicks off on Tuesday, which means it's never too early to start looking ahead to NBA Finals odds. With several championship-quality teams being rostered, the Brooklyn Nets will open the season as the NBA Championship favorites.
The Nets currently have +250 odds to go win the championship, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. Brooklyn made it to the Eastern Conference semifinals and will be looking to build off of that this season. Even with Kyrie Irving out of the lineup for as long as he's unvaccinated, any team with the likes of Kevin Durant and James Harden is a championship contender.
The Los Angeles Lakers are also contenders again this year as they sit second at +400 odds. Their championship aspirations will rely on how well LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook co-exist.
Meanwhile, the defending NBA champions, the Milwaukee Bucks, have the third-best odds (+650) after bringing back the majority of their roster from last season's finals.
