Without further ado, here are three players to target and two to avoid in Thursday, 5/13, NBA DFS action.

FanDuel Picks Tonight NBA

Giannis Antetokounmpo Fantasy

Target Giannis Antetokounmpo, PF, Milwaukee Bucks ($10,900): Giannis Antetokounmpo is closing out the season strong and gets a mouth-watering matchup against the Indiana Pacers on Thursday. The two-time MVP is averaging 30.0 points, 9.2 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game over his last six contests as the Bucks jockey for playoff seeding. Antetokounmpo should keep the good times rolling tonight. Indiana surrenders the sixth-most PPG (114.9) and second-most RPG (55.7) in the league. And these two teams rank in the top five for pace, meaning scoring and rebounding opportunities will be plentiful for the Bucks star on Thursday.

Caris LeVert Fantasy

Target Caris LeVert, SG, Indiana Pacers ($9,000): Sticking in that same game, Caris LeVert is in position to thrive in a contest with an enticing 244-point over/under on FanDuel Sportsbook. He is on a tear as of late, averaging 53.5 FanDuel fantasy points over his last four games. LeVert is shouldering the scoring load (27.5 PPG) and increasing his playmaking (8.8 APG) to finish out the season, which makes him an appealing option tonight. The Bucks play at the second-fastest pace and give up the 10th-most PPG (114.0) in the league, so LeVert will have a golden opportunity to succeed as both a scorer and distributor once again in this game.

Update (2 p.m. EST): Caris LeVert is now listed as questionable (knee). Take this into consideration when finalizing your lineups on Thursday.

Deandre Ayton Fantasy

Target Deandre Ayton, C, Phoenix Suns ($6,200): Deandre Ayton's fantasy production can wax and wane. He's put up no more than 22.6 fantasy points in his last two games, which has him nice and affordable today. However, Ayton also showcased his potential when things come together with 26 points and 15 rebounds (51.5 fantasy points) against the New York Knicks on May 7. If there's a night for Ayton to bounce back, it'd be today. The Portland Trail Blazers allow the ninth-most PPG (114.2) and 10th-most RPG (53.5). They're also on the second night of a back-to-back after a tough matchup against the Utah Jazz. If Ayton can take advantage of a tired opponent and weaker frontcourt, he could be a steal at his price.

Karl-Anthony Towns Fantasy

Avoid Karl-Anthony Towns, C, Minnesota Timberwolves ($10,000): Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl-Anthony Towns can sometimes light up the box score, and other times he's limited by a tough matchup. Thursday could turn out to another occurrence of the latter. KAT's recent performances against the Miami Heat (36.3 fantasy points) and Memphis Grizzlies (33.3 fantasy points) illustrate how his numbers drop off against a strong frontcourt. Well it doesn't get much stronger than likely MVP Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets. Denver gives up just the second-fewest RPG (48.1) and ranks in the top 10 for opponent PPG (110.2). Towns' fantasy potential is severely limited on Thursday given the matchup.

LaMelo Ball Fantasy

Avoid LaMelo Ball, PG, Charlotte Hornets ($7,500): LaMelo Ball is another usually strong fantasy option with a tough opponent on Thursday. The Los Angeles Clippers have been one of the top defensive squads all year, allowing the fourth-fewest PPG (107.8) thanks to the likes of Paul George, Kawhi Leonard and Patrick Beverley. And after some injuries this team is finally near full strength. Kawhi and company should make the Hornets' night difficult, which could limit Ball from his usual all-around production.
