Winning and talent have become synonymous with college football in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, under the past decade or so during the reign of head coach Nick Saban.

And after yet another perfect season and national championship – his seventh national title with the Crimson Tide – with a 52-24 rout over the Ohio State Buckeyes in the 2021 College Football Playoff National Championship game, the oddsmakers already love Alabama's shot of repeating next season as well.

Alabama National Championship Odds 2022

Less than one month removed from that blowout title win over Ohio State, Alabama is the convincing favorite to win it all again next year at +250, according to the 2022 CFP National Championship odds from FanDuel Sportsbook.

The next-closest name in next year's CFP title race by the odds comes to us as the Clemson Tigers, who are +400 and trailing the Tide for the second-best odds to win it all next year.

While the Tide still command a considerable lead in the latest odds race, there is also one more familiar SEC face toward the relative top of the odds with Georgia at +450 right behind the Tigers.

Beyond Georgia and Alabama at the top, Florida (+4000), Texas A&M (+5000) and LSU (+6000) round out the next three SEC contenders in the odds as well.
