Monday Night Football Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Patriots vs Bills in Week 13
By Larry Rupp

A battle for first place in the AFC East division takes place on Week 13's edition of Monday Night Football between the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills. The Bills are slated as small 2.5-point home favorites in a game that is sure to have fantasy football implications.
If you need some help building your fantasy lineup, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Monday Night Football matchup.
Kendrick Bourne Fantasy
Start Kendrick Bourne, WR, New England Patriots: This is a tough matchup for any offensive player on the New England Patriots, which makes looking at volume important here. Wide receiver Kendrick Bourne has suddenly become one of quarterback Mac Jones' go-to options in the passing game. The fifth-year pro has hauled in 13 of his 14 targets for 201 yards and 3 touchdowns over the last three weeks. He also added in 50 rushing yards and ranks as the No. 4 WR in PPR scoring leagues during that span. Bourne has proven that he only needs one or two big plays to give fantasy managers a great performance. The 26-year-old has FLEX value in this one.
Devin Singletary Fantasy
Start Devin Singletary, RB, Buffalo Bills: With 25 mph winds projected in the forecast, it wouldn't be surprising to see this game turn into one rushing attack versus the other. That bodes well for Bills' starter Devin Singletary after he saw a season-high 15 carries in the team's Week 12 win. The Patriots' defense has been dominant all season long, but they have allowed the fourth-most receiving yards to opposing RBs. Singletary has logged a reception in every game this season and has the ability to run crisp routes out of the backfield. He has enough upside to warrant a start on Monday night as he could be the beneficiary of a ton of check downs from Josh Allen.
Mac Jones Fantasy
Sit Mac Jones, QB, New England Patriots: It could be a long night for rookie quarterback Mac Jones as he is set to face one of the best defenses in the NFL. Buffalo has posted the best pass defense DVOA rating in the league and is allowing the fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs. Keep in mind that Jones has thrown for less than 2 touchdowns in seven of his 12 starts this season and is averaging only 237.5 passing yards per game. Those are not the numbers of a quarterback fantasy managers should be looking to stream right now. Jones should not be started in Week 13.
Cole Beasley Fantasy
Sit Cole Beasley, WR, Buffalo Bills: Wide receiver Cole Beasley has acted as the go-to short passing target for quarterback Josh Allen this season, but it has not led to any kind of fantasy production. The 10th-year pro has has failed to top 50 receiving yards in any game since Week 8 and has only scored 1 touchdown on the season. This does not line up to be a bounce-back matchup, either. The Patriots are giving up the second-fewest PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs and have allowed just 125 receptions to the position overall (No. 1 in NFL). Beasley is merely a depth player to keep stashed on the bench for now.
