The final game on Week 4's slate brings fans what could be one of the highest-scoring games of the week. Both the Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Falcons are currently top-10 scoring offenses that are averaging at least 30.0 points per game (PPG). In fact, the Aaron Rodgers-led Packers are scoring 40.7 PPG (No. 1) and should feast against a Falcons' defense surrendering 36.0 PPG (No. 31).

Games with this much shootout potential can lead to a ton of fantasy scoring as well, so here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Monday Night Football matchup.

Who Should I Start Fantasy Football

Start Hayden Hurst, TE, Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons' triumvirate of Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley and Russell Gage is one of the best and most productive three-WR sets in the league. However, all three were limited with various injuries during the week, though it does seem as if they'll all be active. With none playing at full strength Hayden Hurst could be in for an uptick in usage. Hurst has been up and down in his first three games as a Falcon, but Atlanta is likely to be playing from behind tonight. That should lead to a ton of Matt Ryan pass attempts, many of which could be headed Hurst's way if those WRs are limited at all.

Start Marquez Valdes-Scantling, WR, Green Bay Packers: Marquez Valdes-Scantling got a huge boost in fantasy value when it was announced that Allen Lazard, who had seemingly passed him on the depth chart, was looking at an extended absence. MVS' fantasy managers have lucked out yet again, as Davante Adams has been ruled out for Week 4 as well. That leaves Valdes-Scantling as Rodgers' clear-cut No. 1 option tonight. Against an Atlanta defense surrendering 350.3 passing yards per game (No. 31), a likely uptick in targets could lead to a monster game for MVS.

Who Should I Sit Fantasy Football

Sit Todd Gurley, RB, Atlanta Falcons: Putting Todd Gurley in the "sit" category would've been unthinkable a few years ago, but he's clearly not the player he used to be. As mentioned above, Atlanta is likely looking at a pass-heavy game script tonight, and the former Ram doesn't seem nearly as involved in the passing game as he was during his days in Los Angeles. He's also way less efficient there. Gurley is turning 2.3 targets into 1.0 receptions for 1.0 yards per game. The three-time Pro Bowler is still reasonably effective on the ground, but probably won't see enough carries to make much of an impact tonight.

Sit Jamaal Williams, RB, Green Bay Packers: We're going with Jamaal Williams as the token "sit 'em" selection, but this applies to all Packers aside from Rodgers, MVS and Aaron Jones tonight. This skill-position group is extremely banged up and starting anyone aside from those three is just too much of a risk (unless you're a desperate Adams manager). Williams is averaging 5.2 opportunities per game and that's nowhere near enough to be worth a look in fantasy. You can say essentially the same exact thing about names like: Robert Tonyan, A.J. Dillon, Darrius Shepherd and Jace Sternberger.
