The Las Vegas Raiders begin their offseason with a few pressing matters, most notably finding a replacement for GM Mike Mayock and a decision about their potential head coaching vacancy.

As the offseason kicks off, several Raiders players have weighed in on the coaching decision, including starting quarterback Derek Carr. On Tuesday, standout EDGE rusher Maxx Crosby joined Carr in voicing support for interim head coach Rich Bisaccia.

Both Carr and Crosby spoke very highly of Bisaccia, who endeared himself to the roster after taking over coaching duties for the last 13 weeks of the season. Las Vegas went 7-5 under Bisaccia, rallying down the stretch to win four straight games and make the playoffs in the final week.

Crosby was eager to voice his support for the Raiders' interim head coach.

"Rich is one of a kind. Everybody's been asking, what's going to happen? Everybody knows my vote. I made that very clear. I love Rich. I think he's the best man for the job. He's come in and done such an amazing job. We won 10 games with a team that's had tragedy, loss, everything you could imagine. And he's found a way to get a group of guys to come together and win football games in January and December, which is rare. Rich is the real deal, he's a leader of men."

It's quite clear how Crosby and Carr think of Bisaccia, and will be interesting if the Raiders ownership takes the opinion of some of their stars into consideration.
