Baltimore Ravens second-year wide receiver Marquise "Hollywood" Brown is clearly breaking this mold as the exception though.
Most people are content with three square meals per day, but Brown is just taking this to the next level with six eating appointments per day, even though he's calling three of them "snacks".
While it's safe to say most doctor's or nutritionists probably wouldn't recommend a 4,000-calorie diet as part of a lifestyle for "eating clean," whatever works best for Brown and his plans to bulk up for the 2020 NFL season is going to be good new for the Ravens!
