March Madness: Odds to Win Women's National Championship Favor Stanford in NCAA Tournament on FanDuel Sportsbook

March Madness is upon us, and the early rounds of the men's NCAA Tournament have brought no shortage of excitement.

On Sunday, the women join in the fun, with the NCAA Women's Tournament tipping off at noon.
