Marcelo Mayer Analysis

Reports say Mayer is gifted on both sides of the baseball. He routinely makes smooth defensive plays that look effortlessly easy and has explosive power at the plate. Mayer is aggressive in his style of play and still has a lot of room to get stronger, too. The young shortstop has verbally committed to play at USC.
