With the NFL Draft in the books, rosters are finally beginning to take shape. That's good news for veterans like Le'Veon Bell, as in the post-draft period organizations have a much better understanding of their needs heading into the 2021 campaign.

And there's no shortage of teams that could use the 29-year-old RB's services. With that in mind, here's a look at the best free-agent destinations for the three-time Pro Bowler.

Le'Veon Bell Rumors

3. Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills didn't spend a single pick on a running back, which came as a surprise to some given general manager Brandon Beane's pre-draft comments on the matter. While the decision to stand pat could be a signal that Buffalo is content with its RB corps, Bell brings an element this team sorely needs. Zack Moss and Devin Singletary are nothing special in the receiving game, and that's where Le'Veon Bell does his best work. That could be a relatively significant role in Buffalo, as the Bills are one of the most pass-happy teams in the league.

2. Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans have the back-to-back rushing champ in Derrick Henry, but they don't have many established options behind him. That didn't change in the draft, where Tennessee opted not to spend any of its seven picks on a running back. Bell would be an excellent change-of-pace option behind Henry; he would thrive as Tennessee's primary pass-catching back. The Titans also are a solid team with the chance for a third straight postseason appearance, which could be attractive to the 29-year-old RB.

1. Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins were rumored to be interested in Bell after he was released by the New York Jets. Miami reportedly even offered Bell a bigger deal than he got from the Kansas City Chiefs. Fast forward a few months and not much has changed from the Dolphins' perspective. The team has a solid player at RB in Myles Gaskin, but it could really use some more depth. Miami didn't really add much at the position in the 2021 NFL Draft, waiting until Round 7 to address RB with Cincinnati's Gerrid Doaks. Bell could be an immediate contributor as both a rusher and a receiver for a Dolphins team that looks like a fringe contender this season.
