JuJu Smith-Schuster had a down year in 2019. In ways it was understandable, he was the victim of poor quarterback play from Mason Rudolph and Devlin Hodges. As he enters the 2020 season, which could be a make-or-break contract year for the young wideout, JuJu is reportedly struggling in training camp.

In fact, he has apparently been hard to even notice him at all.

JuJu will still go into this season as the Steelers' No. 1 wideout, but with Big Ben back under center, he's going to have to prove quickly that he belongs in that spot. With Dionte Johnson and rookie Chase Claypool breathing down his neck as the potential future wideouts for Pittsburgh, JuJu needs to put up the best numbers of his career if he wants to remain in the black and gold beyond this season.

In his last season with Roethlisberger in 2018, JuJu was incredible, hauling in 111 catches for 1,426 yards and 7 TDs. If he can come close to those numbers again in 2020, he will prove last year was just a fluke, but by the sounds of these reports out of training camp, he's not off to a good start.
