Apart from Saquon Barkley, Josh Jacobs is the best free-agnet running back this NFL offseason. Jacobs' future with his current team, unlike Barkley, seems a bit more shaky.

With Jacobs' free agency up in the air, he threw further fuel on that fire with a cryptic tweet he put out on Tuesday.

Jacobs clearly is taking this free agency seriously, and just because he previously said he wants to return to the Raiders, things may have changed. He claims he putting his off-the-field life first in his decision-making, but obviously, football will still factor in.

There's no telling if this tweet has anything to do with negotiations going on with the Raiders or if this is jus him venting out to the Twitter world of what's on his mind right now.

The Las Vegas Raiders severely underperformed as a team this past season, but Jacobs was phenomenal. The 24-year-old running back led the NFL in rushing with over 1,650 yards and also added 12 touchdowns. He even had 400 yards through the air, which was also a career high.

Teams have been reluctant to give running backs lucrative contracts as of late, but one thing we do know is that whoever signs Jacobs will get a very talented player in his prime coming off the best season of his career.
