After missing the past couple games with an ankle issue, New Orleans Saints tight end Jared Cook is back and gets to face the Atlanta Falcons at home in Week 10. With Atlanta struggling to stop anybody on defense, Cook could be in for a solid fantasy day.

Before going down to an ankle injury, Cook was finally looking comfortable in this Saints offense, posting touchdowns in back-to-back games, after not finding the end zone in the first four weeks.

This week is the first time Cook has been on the field with quarterback Drew Brees since early in Week 2, which should only help Cook's fantasy value. Brees has thrown for an average of 371.5 yards in his two full games, compared to Bridgewater's 241 in his five starts, showing a vast difference in opportunity for Saints receivers.

Cook also gets to face an Atlanta Falcons defense that has been terrible on all accounts this season. They give up 31.3 points per game (third-worst in NFL) and a 70 percent catch rate (fourth-worst in NFL).

The combination of matchup and increased quarterback play is not enough for Cook to crack the top-12 in our Week 10 PPR rankings, but he has obvious TE1 upside this week.
