Every season, a running back emerges out of seemingly nowhere to have significant relevance in fantasy football. This season, that player is Jacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson.

After going undrafted, the rookie has quickly made a name for himself. Going forward, Robinson's fantasy football outlook is skyrocketing.

While the Jaguars were unable to get the win on Thursday Night Football in Week 3, they have clearly found an every down back in Robinson, and he helped to justify the release of Leonard Fournette, with his performance on Thursday.

Robinson totaled 46 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, but his numbers as a receiver is what impressed most. He caught all six of his targets for 83 yards, raising his fantasy value to a solid RB2 in PPR formats.

With this performance, Robinson made history. He has gained the most yards by an undrafted rookie through the first three career games (339). With tremendous young talent like Robinson, Gardner Minshew and D.J. Chark, maybe Jacksonville can surprise us all and make this a quick rebuild.
