It may not be good news for Arizona Cardinals fans, but it is good news for fantasy football managers rostering Eno Benjamin.

Both James Conner and Darrell Williams missed another practice on Thursday, leaving Benjamin as the likely starter and potential workhorse against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Conner is dealing with a rib injury and Williams is nursing a left knee issue, and neither has practiced this week. Arizona's roster moves on Wednesday hinted that things weren't optimistic for the duo, and Thursday's practice news all but confirms that they will both be sidelined.

A 2020 7th-round pick, Benjamin hasn't done much in his NFL career so far, turning 64 carries into 254 yards and adding 139 receiving yards on 18 receptions. He was an intriguing prospect coming out of Arizona State, however, having seen an unusually strong receiving workload for a collegiate running back.

His final two seasons with the Sun Devils saw Benjamin rack up a 2,725 rushing and 610 receiving yards, scoring a combined 30 touchdowns.

The Seahawks' defense is a great matchup for Benjamin's first start too. They've allowed the NFL's second-most rushing yards and seventh-most receiving yards to opposing running backs.

Injury concerns or not, Benjamin and the Cardinals are 3-point favorites on the road in Seattle, according to NFL odds from FanDuel Sportsbook.
