The first three wide receivers off the board in the 2020 NFL Draft were the three that had been expected before the draft — Jerry Jeudy, CeeDee Lamb and Henry Ruggs III.

The fourth wideout selected was a bit of a surprise, however, as the Philadelphia Eagles took TCU's Jalen Reagor, who was a favorite to fall out of the first round, according to odds from FanDuel Sportsbook.

Despite the surprising draft stock, oddsmakers still seem to be low on Reagor for the 2020 season, giving him some fairly low projections.

Jalen Reagor Projections 2020

The over/under for Reagor's receiving yards in 2020 has been set at 700.5, which is paired with an over/under of 4.5 touchdowns. For context, 700.5 is the lowest projection for any of the five first-round wideouts FanDuel Sportsbook has prop bets available for (Lamb, Jeudy, Ruggs, Reagor and Justin Jefferson).

Going even deeper, 700.5 yards would rank just 12th among all first-round rookie wideouts in the last decade. On a per-game basis, if he plays all 16, that average of 43.8 yards would check in at just 15th.

This is a shockingly low projection considering the offense he will step into. His competition for targets will be very low, as no Philly wideout had even 75 targets or 50 receptions in the 2019 season, and with Carson Wentz at the helm that isn't just a product of poor QB play.
