Seattle Seahawks tight end Jacob Hollister broke onto the fantasy football scene over the past couple of games, with three touchdowns, 16 targets and 12 receptions in the last two weeks.

And as the only healthy tight end on Seattle's roster, his fantasy outlook is surely trending in the right direction for the Seahawks' Week 12 matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The season-ending injury to Will Dissly left Seattle with a big hole at tight end, but Hollister has stepped up over the past few weeks. He has 12 catches for 99 yards and three touchdowns combined in the Seahawks' last two games. This two-game stretch has Hollister ranked as TE2 on a per-game average over the past three weeks, with the team being on a bye in Week 11.

Now that fellow tight end Ed Dickson is headed back to IR, Hollister is the only tight end on the active roster for the Seahawks. He should play as many snaps as he can handle this Sunday, and that potential volume should be helpful as the Eagle have allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points to the TE position this season.

While Hollister doesn't crack the top 12 in our Week 12 fantasy football PPR rankings, he's still a playable bye week fill-in with touchdown upside on Sunday.
