Golf Picks This Week

The PGA Tour is heading into its sixth tournament since returning from the break due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This week, we turn our attention to The Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio.

With a loaded field of players heading into this weekend's tournament, let's take a look at three players to watch out for when putting together your fantasy team.

PGA Fantasy Picks

Viktor Hovland:
Viktor Hovland has been playing exceptional golf since the season started back up again. He is the only player to have successfully made the cut in all five tournaments. He has one win and three top-10 finishes on the season. He ranks in the top-10 on tour in strokes gained (SG): Off-The-Tee, SG: Approach The Green and SG: Tee to Green. Additionally, he ranks No. 4 on tour in holes per eagle, which should be beneficial at this long course. He finished third on this same course last week.

Bryson DeChambeau:
Keeping with the trend of players who have been on fire recently, DeChambeau has been a monster since the return of tournament golf. Grabbing a win two weeks ago to make it four consecutive top-10 finishes, DeChambeau is playing the best golf of anyone on tour right now. His monster drives off the tee (No. 1 on tour in driving distance) will give him a great advantage on this course. He ranks in the top-10 in SG: Off-The-Tee (No.1), SG: Tee-To-Green (No.6), and SG: Total (No. 2). His No. 5 ranking for Greens in Regulation (GIR) should also be a huge plus.

Collin Morikawa:
It's hard to not include the guy who won last week on the same course. Even if it's extremely difficult to repeat as a winner anywhere, Morikawa has been playing up and down golf of late. In four events, he has a win and a second-place finish. He missed the cut and finished T-64 in the other two. Despite that, you have to love him returning to where he won only a few days prior. He might not walk away with back-to-back trophies, but it's hard to imagine him not putting up a really solid four days. He leads the tour in SG: Approach The Green and is No. 8 in SG: Tee-To-Green.
