The NFL in London series continues in Week 9, bringing us our second 9:30 a.m. EST start time of the year. With a game kicking off that early, it's important for fantasy football players to get an early jump on setting their starting lineup.

Here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for Sunday's matchup between the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Who to Start in Fantasy Football

Start Gardner Minshew, QB, Jacksonville Jaguars: Already ranking 11th among QBs in fantasy scoring, Gardner Minshew has a great chance to build on that success against the Houston Texans. Minshew has dropped 20-plus fantasy points in three of his last four games, and now he's up against a team that ranks 23rd in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA and that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing QBs.

Start Kenny Stills, WR, Houston Texans: Filling in for Will Fuller as the primary deep threat in the Houston offense, Kenny Stills has played 94 percent and 96 percent of the offensive snaps in the last two games, after failing to eclipse 55 percent in any of the first four. His 11.5-yard average depth of target makes him a volatile producer, but we saw the upside it can generate when he notched 105 yards on five targets in Week 7.

Sit Duke Johnson, RB, Houston Texans: Having yet to see 10 carries in a single game as a Texan, Duke Johnson's fantasy value is tied mostly to his receiving work. He's also not seen more than five targets in any game though, and two of the three games in which he saw five came in losses. The Texans are slight favorites on FanDuel Sportsbook, and they're not likely to be forced to go with a pass-heavy, Johnson-heavy approach this week.

Sit Darren Fells, TE, Houston Texans: The tight end position has been ugly in fantasy football this season, and Darren Fells' five receiving touchdowns have kept him relevant. He's still only averaging 3.5 targets per game on the year, and scoring touchdowns on 17.9 percent of his targets is not sustainable. If you're hurting for a starting TE, you're better off turning to one of the top streaming options for Week 9.
