FanDuel Sportsbook is continuing its expansion into new markets with the planned launch of its mobile offering set to debut in the state of Colorado on May 1.

Following successes in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Iowa, Indiana and Michigan, FanDuel's move west to Colorado is a natural progression as the state prepares to become the next to legalize sports betting.

Colorado Sports Betting

Colorado passed a bill in 2019 that will legalize sports betting on May 1, 2020. Through a deal struck with Twin River Worldwide Holdings, Inc., FanDuel will become one of the few sportsbooks launching in the emerging Colorado market on that date.

With it's May 1 debut, FanDuel ensures the ability to get up and running before the start of the NFL and college football seasons, whether they start on time or not.

More details will become available over the coming weeks as there are expected to be various promotions and announcements around FanDuel's launch into the new market.
