Coming off a monster 2018 campaign, Eric Ebron was a huge disappointment to fantasy owners in 2019. After racking up 750 yards and 13 touchdowns in 2018, Ebron played in just 11 games in 2019, tallying 375 receiving yards and three scores.

That down year caused him to leave the Indianapolis Colts, but he's found a new home with the Pittsburgh Steelers – and that could lead to some big-time fantasy football value for Ebron.

Eric Ebron Fantasy Football Outlook

Ebron is landing in a great destination for his fantasy outlook. He'll be competing with tight end Vance McDonald for touches, but the Steelers' veteran tight end has never played a full 16-game season. If McDonald struggles to stay on the field yet again, Ebron could be looking at big-time value.

Additionally, Ben Roethlisberger has always funneled targets his tight end's way. In his last healthy season (2018) Roethlisberger targeted McDonald and Jesse James a combined 111 times, tallying 1,033 receiving yards, 80 receptions and 6 TDs.

He likely won't reach the heights he once did in 2018, largely because touchdowns can be a fluky stat, but Ebron should have some real opportunity to produce next season. If he can overcome his injury issues (5 missed games in 2019), Ebron has a shot to return low-end TE1 value in 2020.
