The most consistent weapon for the Miami Dolphins this season has been wide receiver DeVante Parker, who is finally living up to the big expectations put on him. Unfortunately, he left his Week 14 game against the New York Jets with a concussion, leaving him questionable for Week 15 against the New York Giants.
Head coach Brian Flores said Thursday that both Parker and Albert Wilson will be in concussion protocol at least "through the end of the week," which makes them both question marks for this week.
If Parker is active, he should continue performing at a high level. In Weeks 7 through 13, Parker averaged 18.1 PPR fantasy points per game, making him WR3 over that stretch. The matchup with the Giants is a great one, as they have given up the second-most fantasy points to the wide receiver position this season in PPR scoring.
If both Parker and Wilson miss, there is a giant hole in opportunity available. Fellow wide receiver Allen Hurns is also banged up and questionable for this week, but he would be in line for plenty of targets if active.
The most established receiving option that is healthy for Miami is tight end Mike Gesicki, who has seen at least five targets in in each of the last six games. A sleeper for this week would be wide receiver Isaiah Ford, who saw a team-high nine targets last week, which resulted in 92 yards.
Our Week 15 PPR fantasy football rankings have Parker at WR12, but that will obviously change if he doesn't play.
With so many players questionable, be sure to check the injury report at the end of the week, because whoever does suit up for the Dolphins should bring some fantasy value in a great matchup against the Giants.
