The Green Bay Packers got some great news regarding Davante Adams' injured hamstring this week. It's looking like Adams, who has been sidelined since Week 2, will be healthy enough to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

That's obviously fantastic news for Adams' fantasy football managers as well.

Davante Adams Fantasy Outlook

He's still not 100% out of the woods yet, but most signs to point to him suiting up this weekend. At this point it'd be a surprise if Adams was inactive again.

The three-time Pro Bowler is returning in a pretty difficult spot, however. Tampa Bay is the league's fourth-best defense against the pass by Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics (and second-best overall defense by DVOA). The Buccaneers also currently sport the No. 1 coverage grade (70.9) on Pro Football Focus.

Still, this is Davante Adams we're talking about. Don't worry about him too much, even in a tough matchup. He's only played one full game thus far, turning 17 targets into 14 catches for 156 yards and 2 touchdowns back in Week 1. Plus, the game features a 54.5-point over/under on FanDuel Sportsbook, so this one could easily turn into a shootout.

Assuming he doesn't suffer a setback, fire up Adams as you normally would. He's the WR2 in our Week 6 PPR rankings.
