Approaching the quarter mark of the NBA regular season, the Los Angeles Clippers remain the favorites to win the 2019-20 NBA Finals. At +300 odds, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Kawhi Leonard and Paul George-led Clippers are just ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers (+390) as November comes to a close.

The return of PG13 has taken some of the weight off of Kawhi, and it has also helped lead the Clippers to seven wins in their last 10 games. They've also dominated all season at home at the Staples Center, with an 11-1 record there.

But the Lakers, led by LeBron James and Anthony Davis, are the hottest team in the league, having won 10 straight games. That, along with their two superstars not taking part in much load management so far this season, has helped the Lake Show to an NBA-best 17-2 record.

The East-leading Milwaukee Bucks, led by NBA MVP favorite Giannis Antetokounmpo, are just off the pace at +500 to take home the Larry O'Brien Trophy. Rounding out the top five in odds to win the 2019-20 NBA Finals are the Philadelphia 76ers (+700) and Houston Rockets (+800). All of the other options are 15-to-1 or longer, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
