The NFL Playoffs moves to the Divisional Round this weekend, and it will feature an exciting AFC clash between the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Both teams took care of business on Wild Card Weekend, setting up a rematch of last year's AFC Championship Game.

FanDuel Sportsbook's opening odds for this contest favor the home team.

Chiefs Bills Odds

The Chiefs are listed as 2.5-point favorites with -110 odds to cover the spread. The Titans are also -110 to cover as the 2.5-point road underdogs.

Kansas City is a -138 favorite on the moneyline to win this game, while Buffalo is a +118 underdog to pull off the upset.

Both teams should be feeling good about their Super Bowl hopes following their performances this past weekend. The Bills trounced the New England Patriots on Saturday, and the Chiefs easily handled the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night.

With playmakers all over the field, and two top quarterbacks battling it out, this contest is shaping up to be a potential classic. Expect both squads to go through a gauntlet as they try to clinch a spot in the conference title game.
