The reigning Super Bowl champions frankly don't have that much room to improve. With a dynamic offense led by the league's most explosive quarterback, the Kansas City Chiefs are sure to be contenders again in 2021.

But there are still some areas of the roster that KC could benefit from upgrading. So with that in mind, let's take a look at three players the Chiefs should be targeting with the No. 32 pick in the NFL Draft.

1. D'Andre Swift, RB, Georgia Bulldogs

While Damien Williams has performed admirably, he was really the only reliable running back on the team. He'll surely be back in a relatively sizable role once again in 2020, but drafting a talent like D'Andre Swift could give this unit a boost. Swift profiles as a three-down back, capable as both a runner and a pass-catcher. He could spell Williams at times, and ultimately take over as the feature back if Williams leaves, or he gets injured.

2. Zack Baun, LB, Wisconsin Badgers

The Chiefs finished the regular season as the league's fourth-worst run defense, per Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics. A lot of that inefficiency was due to a sub-par linebacking corps, so addressing the position in the NFL Draft could make a ton of sense. Wisconsin's Zack Baun projects as a versatile option who can help out in the run game and provide a pass-rushing boost. He's been shooting up draft boards recently, and would be a great fit in KC.

3. Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU Tigers

Kristian Fulton's stock isn't quite as high as it once was, as he's now generally behind Jeffrey Okudah and CJ Henderson as the clear No. 3 CB in the draft. Still, he's a solid corner who tested well at the NFL Combine, posting a 4.46 in the 40-yard dash. While Kansas City's pass defense was great last season, adding another talented defensive back could help take this unit to the next level.
