The 3M Open was won by the betting favorite Tony Finau last week, and now four other top-20 golfers in the world rankings join Finau at Detroit Golf Club for the 2022 Rocket Mortgage Classic.

With a stronger field this week, there are more big names and other top-level golfers looking to go low on the 7,370 yard par 72 course, which hosts the event for the fourth consecutive year. Winning scores the past two years have been -18 and -23 under par, and Detroit GC has wider fairways with an emphasis on short-irons and wedge play on approach and putting.

A number of players like Webb Simpson (125th) are more focused and looking to play well as they site near the cut line for the top 125 players in the FedEx Cup Standings who advance to the FedEx Cup Playoffs in two weeks.

So, naturally, FanDuel Sportsbook has all the odds and props available for the 2022 Rocket Mortgage Classic and players to watch and wager on for the tournament.

Cameron Young Rocket Mortgage Classic Odds

Cameron Young has +1600 odds to win the 2022 Rocket Mortgage Classic. He's the fourth-favorite behind Patrick Cantlay, Tony Finau and Will Zalatoris in the 156-player field.

Has Cameron Young Ever Won the Rocket Mortgage Classic?

Young has never won the Rocket Mortgage Classic, and the 25-year-old rising star makes his debut in the 2022 event.

Cameron Young Rocket Mortgage Classic Prop Bets

As for finishing position, Young is -160 to finish top-30, +100 to finish top-20, +210 to finish top-10 and +450 to finish top-five.

In tournament head-to-head match-ups, Young is a +108 underdog vs Tony Finau (-138).

Young is +320 to win Group A vs Cantlay (+175), Zalatoris (+250) and Finau (+300).

Young makes his debut in the Rocket Mortgage Classic, and he's winless on the PGA Tour.

Cameron Young Rocket Mortgage Classic Prediction & Pick

No golfer has made a bigger move towards the top of the world rankings this year than Cameron Young. He started the year ranked No. 134 in the world and is now No. 19 and also No. 13 in the current FedEx Cup Standings with two events to go before the FedEx Cup Playoffs.

Young is a big bomber ranking top-10 on Tour in driving distance (317 yards) and also top-10 in birdie average. He's finished top-3 in four of his last seven starts on Tour, but also missed the cut in two recent events.

Young's star is rising, but his Strokes Gained stats in Putting, Short Game and Approach are actually outside the top 100 players in this field over his last 10 rounds.

Young is clearly capable of going low, but on a course where bentgrass putting stats figure more prominently, Young's not a player I'll count on at lower odds to win. Even a top-10 or top-20 finish is a stretch this week with better value and opportunities on other players more prevalent.
