The Cleveland Browns made the playoffs last season for the first time since 2002, but they are motivated to prove it wasn't just a fluke. The Browns put together an impressive NFL Draft and it has caused the team's Super Bowl odds to jump as the offseason rolls on.
The Browns Super Bowl odds have improved from +2000 before the draft to +1800 afterwards, according to NFL future odds posted on FanDuel Sportsbook. That comes in as the ninth-best odds in the NFL and only trails the Baltimore Ravens within the AFC North division.
Browns Super Bowl Odds
It seemed like Cleveland was finding steals all over the draft and in every single round. For example, the Browns selected players like cornerback Greg Newsome II and linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah well after their projected draft position.
The draft is where the heart of an NFL team is built and Cleveland made sure to make the most out of its opportunity to upgrade its roster as a whole. Plus, the Browns remain deep on both sides of the ball with playmakers like Myles Garrett on defense and leaders like Baker Mayfield on offense.
This is a young and hungry team to watch out for next season. They have all the momentum going in their favor and could surprise a lot of people with another deep postseason run. Browns fans certainly have a number of reasons to be excited for the next NFL season to kick off.
