Bills Get Update on Dawson Knox Injury

The Buffalo Bills will be without one of their top red zone targets for the next couple of weeks after Dawson Knox underwent surgery to repair a broken bone in his hand.
Knox, who suffered the injury in Buffalo's Week 6 loss to the Tennessee Titans, successfully underwent surgery on Tuesday, but the timeline for his return sits at least at a few weeks.

Bills News
Knox has been brilliant during his third NFL season, leading the Bills with 5 receiving touchdowns and ranking second on the team in red zone targets (7) behind only Stefon Diggs.
Tommy Sweeney is the only other tight end listed on Buffalo's current roster. He's appeared in all six games in 2021, catching 4-of-4 targets for 1 touchdown.
The Bills do enter a Week 7 bye, making the timing of Knox's absence a best-case scenario.
Currently, Buffalo retains the second-best odds (+600) to win Super Bowl 56 on FanDuel Sportsbook.
