The 2021-22 NCAA college basketball season is slated to kick off on Tuesday, Nov. 9. All eyes will be on the Big East conference again, which is shaping up to be a one-team race.

The Villanova Wildcats have dominated the Big East in recent years, winning the regular season conference championship in seven of the last eight seasons. Now, FanDuel Sportsbooks is projecting the Wildcats to be victorious again at -115 odds.

The Connecticut Huskies are the closest team to challenge Villanova, sitting second at +470 odds. Things continue to drop off from there, with the Xavier Musketeers having +700 odds to win the Big East.
