Arthur Smith Provides Update on Cordarrelle Patterson Injury Ahead of Thursday Night Football

Jack-of-all-trades running back/wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson has taken the NFL world by storm this season with his dynamic performances in the Atlanta Falcons offense. However, the veteran RB/WR suffered an ankle injury that left his Week 11 status in jeopardy.

Falcons head coach Arthur Smith shared an update on Patterson on Wednesday.

Cordarrelle Patterson Injury Update

Smith told reporters that Patterson will be a game-time decision for Thursday Night Football against the New England Patriots. The Falcons playmaker practiced in a limited basis on Tuesday, but the short week is always tough for nagging injuries such as an ankle.

Patterson leads the Falcons with 303 rushing yards this season and ranks second in receiving yards (673) and receptions (39). He's also added 7 touchdowns to this impressive stat line.
