The Chicago Bears are fighting to stay alive in the NFC Wild Card race and will be glad to have their No. 1 receiver out on the field this week as Allen Robinson is expected to play. He has been battling a knee injury that made him a limited participant in practice this week, but he is ready to go.
Robinson has been a bright spot on an otherwise disappointing Bears' offense and remains a steady WR2 this season in fantasy football. He draws a great matchup in Week 13 as the Bears are set to take on a divisional rival in the Detroit Lions.
Allen Robinson Fantasy
Robinson has recently become a target machine for the Bears as he has seen at least 9 targets in each of the last three games. He is also coming off a strong Week 12 performance as he caught 8 of 13 targets for 84 yards and 2 touchdowns. It was his third game this season hauling in at least 8 receptions.
The Lions' defense has struggled to shut down opposing wide receivers all season, which means Robinson could be in for another impressive game. Detroit has given up the fifth-most yards to opposing wide receivers in the NFL this season (2,128) and is also allowing 11.5 yards per completion (tied for the fourth most in the NFL).
Robinson checks in as the No. 9 wide receiver in our Week 13 fantasy football rankings. His outlook paints him as a player with WR1 upside moving forward and he could become very important as teams head into the fantasy football playoffs.
