A.J. Brown Injury Update Solidifies Week 9 Fantasy Outlook

The Tennessee Titans' offense took a major blow when starting running back Derrick Henry went down with a foot injury this past week. Staying healthy will be key to keeping their playoff hopes alive and the team did get some good news on that front regarding wide receiver A.J. Brown.
The third-year pro should suit up in Week 9 against the Los Angeles Rams despite missing practice on Friday due to a knee issue. Having Brown on the field should help quarterback Ryan Tannehill in the passing attack and it obviously solidifies his fantasy outlook as a reliable WR1.
#Titans WR A.J. Brown, who missed Friday’s practice because of a knee issue, should be fine today, source said.

A.J. Brown Fantasy Outlook
Brown's stellar play last week guided the Titans to their second win over the Indianapolis Colts this season. In fact, the former Ole Miss Rebel has been on fire each of the past three weeks. Brown has hauled in 25 of his 29 targets for 379 yards and 2 touchdowns during that span.
Keeping up with a powerful Rams' offense is going to be a tough task for Tennessee. The Rams have been stout against the run, so it wouldn't be surprising to see the Titans air it out on Sunday Night Football. Keep in mind that this is a defense that has given up the fifth-most receptions to opposing WRs this year (120).
Overall, Brown is averaging just under 15 PPR fantasy points per game and remains a must-start player every single week. The 24-year-old checks in at WR8 in The Duel's Week 9 fantasy football rankings.
