As we quickly approach the end of the season, both the Denver Nuggets and Indiana Pacers are fighting for playoff seeding in their respective conferences. The Nuggets are attempting to hold off the Golden State Warriors and secure the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference, while the Pacers are trying to hold on to the No. 4 seed in the East.

Denver is a 1.5-point favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. But let's see what the experts think about this one.

Nuggets vs Pacers Predictions

Cappers Picks

Cappers Picks likes the Pacers to cover the spread and defeat the Nuggets at home, 107-105. The Fieldhouse is a tough place to play for any opponent, let alone one from the Western Conference. The Pacers' defense is tenacious, and as long as Myles Turner can slow down Nikola Jokic, the Pacers should take this one outright.

Sports Chat Place

Sports Chat Place is rolling with the hot team here and thinks the Nuggets win and cover the spread in a close game. These two teams were almost evenly matched when they played earlier this season, but the Nuggets are trending in the right direction while the Pacers are slumping.

Tony's Picks

Tony's Picks also likes the Nuggets to win and cover here, 110-108. They think it'll be a close one, but the Pacers will have some trouble without Darren Collison, and the Nuggets are just the better team at this point in the season.

ESPN Basketball Power Index Matchup Predictor

ESPN's BPI believes the Nuggets are the better team, giving Denver a 58.4 percent chance to win on the road tonight.

Overall, that's three of four experts going with the Nuggets to continue their winning streak, and two of the three spread predictions backing Denver to cover a 1.5-point spread.
