Watching the New York Giants this season may be hard for fans of the G-Men, but it's a lot easier when you focus on rookie Saquon Barkley.

The 2018 NFL Draft was headlined by a slew of talented quarterbacks that were poised to be the future of this league, but it's the running back out of Penn State that is leaving his mark this season.

Barkley is the clear favorite to win NFL Rookie of the Year, according to Fanduel Sportsbook, as the only option with minus-odds to take home the award.

While Barkley is the favorite – sitting just 459 yards away from breaking Eric Dickerson's rookie record of 2,212 yards from scrimmage – the door is still open for QB Baker Mayfield following a recent run where he's thrown for 15 touchdowns during a seven-game stretch. At +440, the second best odds for ROY, Mayfield is the top QB option in a league that is based around the quarterback position.

The NFL is a quarterback-driven league so Mayfield certainly has that going for him. The No. 1 overall pick is surrounded by a bunch of running backs in the Rookie of the Year odds with Phillip Lindsay (+1900) and Nick Chubb (+3600) coming in with the third- and fourth-best odds. The huge drop off in odds continues with QB Josh Allen at +5000 and Lamar Jackson at +5500 rounding out the next five.

With only a few games remaining, it's Barkley's award to lose.
