Down goes Frazier! Down goes Frazier! After five weeks at No. 1, the New Orleans Saints dropped an ugly 13-10 game to the Dallas Cowboys, shaking things up at the top of the Power Rankings as we head into Week 14.
While the Los Angeles Chargers pulled off an impressive, come-from-behind win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philip Rivers and his 9-3 squad are on the precipice of regaining a spot in the Top 5, but the teams ahead of them have just been far too strong this season. Here are the NFL Power Rankings with just four weeks left.
5. New England Patriots (9-3) >> Week 13: 5

The Patriots took care of business against the Vikings in Week 13, doing what they usually do in December. Look for that win to be the start of the Patriots' annual December push toward the playoffs. With three divisional games and a Week 15 contest at Pittsburgh, it wouldn't be surprising if the Pats end up with yet another 12-win season.
4. Houston Texans (9-3) >> Week 13: No. 4

The Texans now own the league's longest current winning streak, at nine in a row. Deshaun Watson has been workmanlike, putting up at least 200 passing yards passing and a TD in each of the team's last three games, while the defense has given up an average of just 17 points in those contests. Houston has the pieces to compete for a Super Bowl this season.
3. Kansas City Chiefs (10-2) >> Week 13: No. 3

The Chiefs remain in the No. 3 spot after putting up another 40 points in Week 13, mainly because they gave up 33 to a hapless Oakland Raiders team. Their defense could be the reason they don't win it all, and they'll have a big test this Sunday against one of the top-ranked defenses in the league, the Baltimore Ravens. Also, losing All-Pro running back Kareem Hunt could come back to bite them in the long run.
2. New Orleans Saints (10-2) >> Week 13: No. 1

The Saints snapped a 10-game winning streak last Thursday, yet only drop one spot this week. This team, led by Drew Brees, is allowed to have one bad game here and there. Expect them to look like the Super Bowl favorites again on Sunday in a revenge game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
1. Los Angeles Rams (11-1) >> Week 13: No. 2

The Rams are back on top, as the only team in the NFL with just one loss. They look to be that complete team again, with the return of Aqib Talib to a defense that looked dominant again. With Todd Gurley looking like a possible MVP candidate, this team will go as far as Gurley's legs take them.
