News came down a short while ago that DeSean Jackson of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Sammy Watkins of the Kansas City Chiefs will not play in NFL Week 13. Fantasy owners of the two may have been preparing for this news, but in case you didn't, here are four options that can be had off the waiver wire that can potentially save your week, and maybe even your fantasy season.

4. Marcell Ateman, WR, Oakland Raiders

Marcell Ateman saw a career-high 10 targets last week against the Baltimore Ravens, but their fantastic defense held him to only three catches and 16 yards. Nonetheless, Ateman is playing just as much as the other receivers in the Raiders' offense and will likely continue to do so with the team likely trailing again Sunday and in straight-up tank mode.

3. Robert Foster, WR, Buffalo Bills

From one bad offense to another, the Buffalo Bills have found a hidden gem of their own. Wide receiver Robert Foster has capitalized on the most of his opportunities, grabbing five catches on seven targets for 199 receiving yards and a touchdown over the last two games. As long as rookie QB Josh Allen keeps throwing the ball deep, Foster should be on the receiving end of at least a couple this Sunday against the Dolphins.

2. Dede Westbrook, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

Dede Westbrook was drafted in most leagues over the summer, but erratic quarterback play from Blake Bortles has really crippled what fantasy owners had hoped to be high-end fantasy production. Last week, Westbrook found the end zone for the first time since Week 8 and he should be featured for the rest of the season as the Jags try and figure out a direction for the future with Cody Kessler now under center.

1. Chris Conley, WR, Kansas City Chiefs

Yes, there is someone available from the NFL's most potent offense. Chris Conley had his biggest game of the season in Week 11, going for seven catches on eight targets for 74 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Watkins, already ruled out for this week, missed that game against the Los Angeles Rams and Conley ran away with the opportunity. Plus, with Kareem Hunt now away from the team this weekend, there should be a few extra targets for Conley on Sunday.
