Amari Cooper was on the scrap heap. He was left for dead in fantasy circles as he was nothing more than a fantasy yo-yo during his time with the Oakland Raiders. And then it all changed.

The Cowboys traded a first-round pick for the former Alabama star, and Cooper has done the rest. In two games with the 'Boys, the wideout racked up five catches on eight targets for 58 yards and a touchdown in Week 9, and six grabs on 10 targets for 75 yards in Week 10.

But there's a lot more to come, if you own Cooper in fantasy.

With upcoming matchups against Atlanta this weekend (3rd most fantasy points to WRs) followed by Washington (8th), New Orleans (1st), Philadelphia (5th), and then Tampa Bay (2nd) in Week 16, the only tough matchup for Cooper comes against the Colts in Week 15. They give up the 25th most points to wideouts this season.

The team is clearly trying to feed Cooper the ball much like they did Dez Bryant when he was Dak Prescott's top target. Cooper should be a WR2 in five of the next six weeks, heading into and during the fantasy playoffs.
