There's no beating around the bush. Rutgers is one of the worst college football teams in the country. Apparently, though, No. 4 Michigan may actually have something to be concerned about, according to head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Rutgers has been downright dreadful this year and is near the bottom of the nation in almost every statistical category, but Harbaugh of all people found a way to "praise" the Scarlet Knights in a press conference Monday. In Harbaugh's eyes, Rutgers is really dangerous due to their kick return coverage.
