[This list will be updated each week of the NFL season, keeping track of the best and worst teams to bet on against the spread.]

Betting the over/under can be a tough business when it comes to NFL games, but this year going with the over has been the more profitable way to go.

Let's take a look at the best teams hitting the over and those who have gone under more often through seven weeks on the season.

The Bucs have rode the wave from Ryan Fitzpatrick right into Jameis Winston, who has had two great games since returning from suspension, to hit the over in five of their six games.

On the under side, you would think the Bills are a lock to be hitting the under every time they step on the field with an offense that inept, but they have managed to have two respectable games -- one being their Week 1, 47-3, loss to the Ravens.

And speaking of the Ravens, they've been no better at hitting the over, but mostly because of their stout defense, giving up just 14.5 points a game.

The Titans are another interesting team, who can't quite seem to figure it out on the offensive side of the ball. A team with talent and high hopes coming into this season has been thoroughly disappointing, especially on the offensive side of the ball.

With points being scored at a record rate, we should see lots more overs moving forward.
