The New Orleans Saints have a tough matchup against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 7. In fact, the Ravens have allowed the fewest  FanDuel fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.

Coming out of the bye week should give the Saints a more optimistic outlook, but now fantasy owners who own both pieces of the Saints backfield have a decision to make.

Who would you rather start: Alvin Kamara or Mark Ingram?

Trying to find a niche to attack the Ravens is a battle within itself. They allow the fewest receiving yards from running backs and the sixth-fewest rushing yards per game.

Kamara's versatility is something that usually wins out above all. However, the Week 5 matchup against the Washington Redskins saw the Saints feature a lot more of Ingram since running the ball against them is the best method of attack. Ingram finished the game playing 36 snaps to Kamara's 31 -- Ingram also out-touched Kamara 18-9 in the game while adding two touchdowns on the ground.

I know the numbers don't play into Kamara's favor here, but he is the guy I would choose over Ingram this week. The Saints will have likely used the extra time on the bye week to prepare by making sure their best weapon gets the ball in his hands, and against a defense like the Ravens, that's critical to success.
