Tampa Buccaneers wide receiver DeSean Jackson participated in Thursday's practice, thus elevating his chances of playing in Sunday's Week 2 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jackson went through concussion protocol earlier this week, and finally appeared on the practice field today.

Jackson is coming off the best game of his short Buccaneers career, catching all five of his targets for 146 yards and two touchdowns.

There's no doubt that Jackson wants to play Sunday against the team that drafted him out of the University of California and then traded him away. Today's participation at practice is an excellent sign, not only for him, but also for a Buccaneers team that will need all the firepower they can get against the defending Super Bowl champs.

If Jackson is in the lineup, he figures to be a WR2/3 in most leagues, coming off such a huge game in Week 1.
