It's always a cause for concern when one of your top fantasy players shows up on the injury report, especially when he played just four snaps this preseason.

According to the Oakland Raiders' Friday injury report, running back Marshawn Lynch was limited once again in practice due to a groin injury.

Fantasy owners have every right to be worried whenever a running back appears on the injury report, especially an older player like Lynch. After all, the running back position is the most physically taxing in football, and running backs are arguably the most susceptible to injury.

Lynch is still practicing – albeit on a limited basis – with the team and if he's proven anything in his career, it's that he can produce at a high level even when he isn't 100 percent. Beast Mode should see his usual workload Monday night and his fantasy owners should start him with confidence.
