It looks like we are going to have a huge quarterback battle on our hands for this year's college football recruiting all-name team.

In one corner, we have Class of 2021 quarterback prospect General Booty.

Neither the first, last, nor combination of those two names seems to paint an optimistic outlook for a prosperous career, but I can't wait to see him prove me wrong. Or better yet, I should say to hear his name prove me wrong as it's announced with every touchdown pass.

Booty also comes from quite a football bloodline too. His father, Abram Booty, and two of his uncles, John David Booty and Josh Booty, all played in the NFL. His mother is also the sister of NFL veteran QB Joe Ferguson, who suited up in the league for more than 20 years.

As for Booty's challenger? Meet incoming Michigan Tech freshman quarterback, Steele Fortress. Talk about polar opposite ends on the name spectrum when it comes to positive omens.

Standing 6-foot-3 and weighing in at 226 pounds, Steele Fortress is a pretty fitting name. Only way it could be more perfect would be switching him to left tackle or center on the offensive line.

Whether you're Team Booty or Team Fortress, this is going to be a tight race for the best college football recruiting quarterback name.
