4 Best Prop Bets for Packers vs Vikings NFL Week 16 Monday Night Football Game
By Tristan Jung

Tonight's "Monday Night Football" matchup will feature an NFC North showdown between the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers. The Vikings are 5.5-point road favorites in this one, according to the latest odds from FanDuel Sportsbook.
If you're looking for alternative ways to wager, here are four of the best prop bets for Monday night's matchup between the Packers and Vikings.
1. Aaron Rodgers - Over 33.5 Pass Attempts (-126)
Aaron Rodgers has been healthy and effective this season, throwing for 3,463 yards and holding a 24:2 TD-to-INT ratio. His efficiency could take a hit here, as the Vikings boast one of the best defenses in the NFL (No. 6 in Football Outsiders' DVOA metric), but they rank better against the run (No. 4) than the pass (No. 8). That could suggest that the Packers are best served going with a pass-heavy approach on Monday.
2. Adam Thielen - Under 56.5 receiving yards (-118)
Returning from a hamstring injury in Week 15, Thielen only played in 51% of snaps and didn’t look fully comfortable in the Vikings offense. He had just 3 targets and 3 catches for 27 yards. The Vikings continue to rank No. 31 in passing play percentage (50.1%) and will likely try to ride Mike Boone against a Packers run defense that ranks No. 25 in run defense DVOA but 16th against the pass.
3. Stefon Diggs - Over 4.5 receptions (-134)
In Thielen's absence, Stefon Diggs has been the primary option in the Vikings' passing game. While the issues with the Vikings' run-heavy tendencies also impact Diggs, he leads the Vikings' receivers in targets, snap percentage, and yards. He has caught five passes in two of the last four games, averaging 4.8 per, and the last time he played alongside a fully healthy Thielen, Diggs had seven receptions.
4. Mike Boone - Any Time Touchdown Scorer (-120)
Unheralded running back Mike Boone broke onto the scene when forced into a lead-back role last week. He scored two touchdowns against the Chargers and is set to be the primary back for the Vikings on Monday night with Dalvin Cook out and Alexander Mattison likely out. A Vikings running back has scored in 14 of the 15 games they've played, and Boone's likely role as a workhorse gives him a good shot of continuing that trend tonight.
