3 Players Broncos Should Sign to Make a Super Bowl Run With Russell Wilson
By Max Staley

The Denver Broncos just completed one of the biggest blockbusters in NFL history. General manager George Paton traded two first-round picks, two second-round picks, and a fifth-round pick along with Drew Lock, Noah Fant and Shelby Harris in exchange for Russell Wilson and a fourth-round pick.
After mortgaging the future to get Wilson, Denver is obviously going all-in on a Super Bowl this season. Here are three free agents the Broncos should target to make a Super Bowl run in 2022.

3. Ndamukong Suh, DT, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Wilson's $24.0 million cap hit will eat up a good chunk of Denver's cap space, but the Broncos should have enough left to make some additions in free agency. Wilson's presence should also help sell players on coming to Denver, potentially getting the Broncos some discounts on players who want to compete for a title. That should make Ndamukong Suh an interesting fit. Denver has a huge hole in the middle of its D-Line after losing Shelby Harris, and Suh would plug that up in a hurry. If he's looking to chase a ring again, Denver might be his best bet.
2. O.J. Howard, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Sticking with Tampa Bay Buccaneers players, O.J. Howard would be a really fascinating gamble for the Broncos. Denver likes Albert Okwuegbunam at tight end, but his ceiling isn't quite as high as Howard's. Like Fant, Howard is a size-speed freak who has flashed some legit talent at the NFL level. Staying healthy has been a problem, but a change of scenery could be exactly what Howard needs.
1. Chandler Jones, OLB, Arizona Cardinals
The Broncos are going to be way too reliant on Bradley Chubb next year. He's the team's only great pass-rusher, which is a concern as Chubb has struggled with injuries and inconsistency throughout his career. Denver needs to bring in another edge rusher to take some pressure off Chubb, but without many picks or cap space, the Broncos will likely target some aging veterans on short-term deals. Chandler Jones is, by far, the best option from that group. If Denver can get a discounted price on a one- or two-year deal, Jones could wreak havoc opposite of Chubb on this D-Line.
