3 First-Round Picks the Seahawks Should Target in the 2020 NFL Draft
By Zach Brunner

The Seattle Seahawks are making a strong push towards the NFL Playoffs, with a first-round bye and home-field advantage very much in play for Seattle. While the players and coaches prepare for this last stretch of the season, scouts and other staff members have been scouting the college football landscape, with only one game left for many of their prospects.
While Seattle has performed very well this season, there are still areas of need that this team needs to address this offseason, most notably at cornerback. With that in mind, these are three prospects that the Seahawks should consider drafting in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
3. A.J. Terrell, CB, Clemson Tigers
A.J. Terrell has somewhat slipped under the radar this season, but come next April, that is not likely to be the case. Much like many successful NFL corners, he has the height and length, but he could still use to bulk up a little bit before transitioning well at the next level. However, Terrell possesses that quick twitch needed to make big plays, and though he might be slightly underweight around 185 pounds, his time at Clemson has proven he is not afraid to make big hits nor big plays in some of college football's biggest moments.
2. C.J. Henderson, CB, Florida Gators
C.J. Henderson has blossomed into an NFL-ready talent from a former four-star recruit at Florida, standing at a formidable 6-foot-1-inch frame for a corner. He has the speed and athleticism to prevent separation with the fastest receivers in the SEC, but he could struggle initially if matched up with a more physical talent at the NFL level. Still, this remains only a slight knock against one of the best defensive backs available in the 2020 NFL Draft.
1. Paulson Adebo, CB, Stanford Cardinal
Paulson Adebo is widely regarded as one of the top cornerbacks in this year's draft class. He is a big, physical corner that has a spectacular combination of intelligence and athleticism on the field. Adebo has only been a two-year started at Stanford, but he's already shown traits such as a highly competitive ability to battle for the ball at the catching point that should help him take that next step at the NFL level.
