Thursday's NBA Playoffs slate includes a Game 3 matchup between the Memphis Grizzlies and Minnesota Timberwolves. The Grizzlies are listed as slight 2-point road favorities with the total at 238.

Here are three of the best prop bets for the Grizzlies-Timberwolves game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Grizzlies vs Timberwolves Game 3 Prop Bets

1. Ja Morant - Assists: Over 7.5 (-128)

Ja Morant is dishing the ball out extremely well to begin this series. He recorded 8 assists in Game 1, followed by 10 dimes in Game 2. He's clearly finding ways to exploit this defense in one of their weak spots, as Minnesota allowed the fourh-most APG to opponents during the regular season. With Memphis scoring at least 117 points in both games so far, the offense has it going, and Morant's playmaking is a key catalyst in that.

2. Anthony Edwards - Points: Over 24.5 (-104)

Anthony Edwards made his NBA Playoffs debut in style, torching Memphis for 36 points in Game 1. He followed that up with 20 points in Game 2, making him the only Wolves player to score at least 20 in each of the first two games. Minnesota will likely continue to rely on Edwards with starting guards D'Angelo Russell (10.5 PPG) and Patrick Beverley (8.0 PPG) struggling. Buckets are expected to come in bunches tonight with a 238-point total, which puts Edwards in prime position to clear this over with ease.

3. Desmond Bane - Points + Rebounds + Assists: Under 25.5 (-113)

Desmond Bane remains in a scoring-focused role for Memphis as Morant handles playmaking and bigs like Jaren Jackson Jr. clean up the glass. As a result, Bane's all-around numbers aren't often spectacular. He put 17 points in Game 1, but added only 3 rebounds and 1 assist. Then he recorded 16 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists in Game 2. Bane has failed to hit at least 26 points + rebounds + assists in both playoff games, and he didn't clear this mark in his final two regular season starts, either. Expect another decent scoring night without much more going on in the box score for the second-year pro on Thursday.
